Summary

No 5 Church Street is an early 19th-century two-storey brick house with a black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. The ground floor sash has been replaced by plate glass and a shop front with two small canted bays and central door. There is a wing at the rear with a pilastered doorcase.

"Early 19th century. Brick. Black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Two storeys. First floor two sashes without glazing bars. Ground floor sash replaced by plate glass and shop front with two small canted bays and central door. Wing at rear with pilastered doorcase and three-light casements."
