Summary

This cottage dates to the late 18th century/early 19th century. It is constructed from clay lump and has a thatched roof. The building has a two cell plan with a 20th century porch to the rear. There are twelve pane casements to the ground floor with Gothick glazing bars and eight-pane casements to first floor with similar Gothick glazing bars. A sun-room has been added to the ground floor of the right-hand gable wall.

"Cottage. Late 18th century/early 19th century. Clay lump. Thatched roof. Two cell plan with 20th century porch to rear. Regular facade of two bays, two storeys. Brick plinth. Twelve pane casements to ground floor with Gothick glazing bars. Plank door to left."
