Summary

This cottage dates to the first half of the 19th century. It is a colour-washed brick structure with a pantiled roof standing two storeys high. The central porch has a shallow gable and later lean-to hood. The roof has a single central axial chimney stack.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"This cottage dates to the first half of the 20th century. It is a colour-washed brick structure with a pantiled roof standing two storeys high. The central porch has a shallow gable and later lean-to hood. There are four two-light ground floor windows with glazing bars beneath segmental arches."
