Summary

Scole Lodge is a late 18th to early 19th century house of buff coloured brick, with a low pitched slate roof. This three storey building is now a nursing home, and has a three bay centre block with flanking two storey one bay wings slightly set back. The central porch has Tuscan columns with a semi circular entablature, and a wide panelled door with traceried rectangular fanlight.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Late 18th to early 19th century house. Buff coloured brick. Low pitched slate roof, hipped. Modillion eaves cornice. Three storeys. Three bay centre block with flanking two storey one bay wings slightly set back. Sashes with glazing bars, straight rubbed brick arches. Band at first floor cill level."

September 2011. Extension.
The brick and block extension is designed to blend with the grade II listed Georgian building and will include features such as brick arches and stone sills. In addition the original sash windows and fire doors will be refurbished.
