Summary

No 30 has an early 19th-century façade but the actual building is probably older. This two-storey building is of colourwashed brick with a gabled and pantiled roof and a chimneystack over the door.

"House. Early 19th-century facade on probably older building. Colourwashed brick. Pantile roof. Two storeys. 20th-century door left of centre with a horned sash window to its left, the upper sash only with glazing bars. Similar double sash to right of elevation. Thin platband at first floor."
