Summary

A 17th-century plastered house. This house was one of several 17th-century and earlier buildings set back about 50m from the south side of Victoria Road and which may therefore have lain on an old road line or a former common edge (this is the only example still standing - see NHERs 12057, 18821 and 42658 for details of demolished structures).
