November 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farm House, 18th century, of colourwashed brick with pantile roof. Two storeys with single storey extension to the west. Façade of three windows with central six panel door and porch with pilasters supporting a plain frieze, and projecting cornice on extended modillions."
