"Semi-detached house, Two storeys, early 19th century. Red brick, part rendered and colour- washed. Black pantiled roof. Main façade of original house, Rose Villa, of five bays with sash windows and gauged brick segmental arches. Timber doorcase with consoles, and six panel part glazed door."
