May 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century with earlier core, red brick and flint, colourwashed with pantiled roof. Two storeys, with rear lean-to. Two sash windows with glazing bars. Evidence of earlier doors at either end. Door and doorcase 20th century. Central axial chimneystack."
