Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Pebble flint with colourwashed brick dressings/pantile roof. Two storeys. Two first floor sashes, blank central opening. Two ground floor bay windows with lead roofs. Parapetted gables with internal grey bricks chimney stacks. Gables rendered. Rendered and colourwashed extension to north."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected. Previously it was mapped as a point at TG 19618 27367 due to an erroneous grid reference associated with (S1) (now corrected).
