"Early/mid 19th century. Pebble flint, pantile roof. Colourwashed brick dressings. Two storeys. Three window range. Casements with glazing bars. Three entrance doors. Brick dentil eaves. Parapetted north gable with chimney stack. Off-centre brick stack."
