Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Pebble flint with colourwashed brick dressings, grey pantile roof. Two storeys. Parapetted and coped gables with internal grey brick chimney stacks. Sash windows. Central doorway with canopy. Catslide to west. Gable walls rendered and ashlared."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected. Previously it was mapped as a point at TG 19630 27380 due to an erroneous grid reference associated with (S1) (now corrected).
