June 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Red brick, pantile roof. Two stoeys. First floor sashes, two with glazing bars. Doorway with segmental head, left hand side. Contemporary shop front with fluted pilasters and cornice. Eaves cornice."
