Summary

An 18th century and later red brick, two storey house with a pantile roof and later lean-to extension. and an original red brick boundary wall. Its Grade II* listing designation explicity includes the red brick boundary wall (NHER 65098).

Listing Description excerpt:
"Yew Tree House including boundary wall.
18th century and later. Red brick, pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Dentil eaves cornice. Rusticated corner pilasters...Later lean-to extension on left hand side. Shaped gables with internal chimney stacks. Moulded string course on west gable. Central bank opening at first floor level. Later façade on south side.
Coped red brick boundary wall with pilasters at northeast corner."
