Listing Description Excerpt:
"Semi-detached estate cottages, dated 1859, of red brick and shaped plain tiles. Double pile plan of two storeys. Façade to road, three windows with central single storey blind porch. Porch has plinth, carved timber door frame, moulded brick kneelers and stepped parapet gable with crest."
