Summary

These three attached estate cottages, of early 18th century date, are built from red brick with glazed headers and thatched roofs. Together they form a range of twelve bays with a one and a half storey double pile range added to the rear in the 20th century. The windows are 19th century ones with glazing bars and segmental brick arches. The roofs have parapet gables with moulded brick kneelers, brick tumbling in and end chimneystacks.

Three attached estate cottages, early 18th century, of red brick with glazed headers, and thatch. 18th century range of twelve bays, extended to west in later 18th century, and with one and a half storeys, double pile range to the rear, in the 20th century. Eastern end has paired entrance doors facing road with 20th century gabled porches on brackets. 19th century casement windows with glazing bars and segmental brick arches either side. Two eyebrow dormers with windows with wrought iron casements. Rendered plinth, parapet gables with moulded brick kneelers, brick tumbling in and end chimneystacks. Blocked oculus in east gable. Derelict west wing of two windows with central door with 20th century gabled porch. Two eyebrow dormers with two light windows with wrought iron casements. The eastern window has leaded lights. Off centre axial chmineystack and parapet gable. Butt purlin roofs. Rear 20th century wings not of special interest. Included for group value only.
