June 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"No 17 including forecourt wall and railings.
Mid/late 19th century. Red brick, hipped roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys...Moulded stone string course at first floor level. Rusticated brick quoins. Moulded brick eaves. Entrance on left hand side with semi-circular headed rusticated stone surround with vermiculated key and imposts. Central chimney. Wing to west.
Forecourt to east with iron railings on low red brick wall."
