Listing Description Excerpt:
"1815, peninsular block, 3 storeys, brick, 4 windows south, 4 windows east, and 6 windows north, matching elevations with ground floor shops with rusticated pilasters. Blank splayed angles. Rusticated quoins and architraves to windows of upper floors. Heavy eaves cornice. Slate roof."
