November 1986. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Keepers Lodge.
Estate Cottage to Pickenham Hall (NHER 4710). Late 19th/early 20th century, probably by R. W. Schultz (architect of the Hall). Flint with red brick dressings. Steeply-pitched pantile roof, with hipped projection to south. Two storeys, with 1½ storey wings. Symmetrical facade to south."
