Summary

This mid 18th century brick public house has a pantiled roof. It has three doors, the centre one under a gabled 20th century porch, and there are ranges of casements to both floors with hoods on label stops. Insdie, there is a good open fireplace with local bricks in the lounge.

Listing Description:
Public house. Mid 18th century. Rendered and colourwashed brick with pantiled roof. Two storeys. Three doors, the centre one under gabled 20th century porch. Ranges of casements to both floors with hoods on label stops. Bell based gabled roof. North internal gable chimneystack and ridge chimneystack to south. Good open fireplace with local bricks in lounge. Some studwork retained as free standing partition. Plain chamfered bridging beam.
