August 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, 3 storeys, red brick, flush frame, sash windows, at 1st floor, now with centre glazing bar only, and flat arches with keystones. Bold wood eaves cornice with low rendered parapet above."
