August 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century and later. Left portion, Nos 29 and 30, red brick, two storeys and attic. Flat arches to sash windows, at 1st floor, now with central glazing bars only. Wood eaves cornice. Pantiles. Three pedimented dormer casements. Modern shops, at ground floor."
