Summary

This barn has had the southern part converted into a house. The building dates to around 1800 and is constructed from flint with red brick additions and gault brick facings. The barn has two round headed doorways and two upper windows to the left and right, reduced in size but with some original glazing bars. The house is substantially rebuilt to the first floor and the original openings are blocked with red brick. The curent windows are 19th and 20th century in date. A red brick chimneystack is situated over the partition of barn and house and a gault brick chimneystack is to the right over the serving kitchen.

"Barn, southern part converted to house. Dates to around 1800. Flint with red brick additions and gault brick facings. Pantiled hipped roof, those over house black glazed. Barn has two round headed doorways and two upper windows to left and right, reduced in size but with some original glazing bars."
