August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Lodge. Mid 19th century. Whitewashed brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Central bay projects. Central door with muntins under deep pointed arch with hood mould. Cross mullioned casements to left and right with moulded hood on labels. 3 similar windows to first floor but smaller. Eaves overhang."
