Summary

This cottage dates to the late 17th century and is of rendered clay lump and brick on a brick plinth with a thatched roof. It is one storey high and has an attic and a gabled roof containing a gabled dormer.

Cottage. Late 17th century. Rendered clay lump and brick on brick plinth with thatched roof. One storey and attic. Door right of centre. One casement right, two left in original openings under segmental brick arches. Gabled roof containing gabled dormer with casement. Rebuilt off-centre stack. South gable wall weatherboarded. Gabled brick outbuilding abuts north wall.

Report of a brick lined pit behind the house, from the description (S2) in file is clearly a 19th century cesspit.
