Summary

This house is now a shop with a flat above. It dates to the early 18th century and is built from brick with a pantile roof. The shop front is late 20th century in date and the three first floor sash windows were renewed in the 19th century. The roof has coved eaves and a chimneystack at the east end.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now shop with flat above. Early 18th century. Brick, colourwashed to front, with black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Shop front late 20th century. Three first floor sash windows renewed in 19th century with glazing bars under skewback arches. Coved eaves. Gable roof with east end chimneystack. East gable wall with one similar sash window, 20th-century side door to upper flat, brick string course at eaves crossing protruding chimney pier."
