Summary

This house dates to around 1835. It is built of coursed clunch, flint and gault brick with a slate roof. There is a four-centred carriage arch to the right with very fine gauged brickwork.

"House. Dating to around 1835. Coursed clunch, flint and gault brick. Slate roof. Two storeys in three bays. Four-centred carriage arch to right with very fine gauged brickwork. Two timber doors. Entrance door in centre of façade: 20th century six-panelled door under a plain fanlight set back within panelled reveals."
