Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century with alterations made in 1991 after the demolition of Nos 10-12 Magdalen Street. It is constructed from gault brick with a pantiled roof.

House. Mid 19th century and 1991. Gault brick. Roof of black-glazed pantiles. Two storeys in two bays. Six-panel door, the upper two panels glazed. One unhorned 6/6 sash right and two to first floor. All openings under segmental heads. Gabled roof. Internal gable-end chimneystack to west. Southwest gable wall rebuilt 1991 following demolition of Nos 10-12 Magdalen Street. Interior not inspected.
