Summary

This pair of estate houses date to around 1860. They are constructed from whole flints with gault brick dressings and slate roofs. Together they are set out in four bays, with two bays consisting of full-height porch entrances under gabled roofs. They feature recessed terracotta plaques above doorways and a two-light lattice metal window in each porch gable-head. The roof has a central ridge chimneystack and triple diamond flues.

Pair of estate houses. Dating to around 1860. Whole flints with gault brick dressings. Slate roof. One storey and attic in four bays. Two of the bays consist of full-height porch entrances under gabled roofs on big kneelers. Four-centred arches lead to porch recess and plank and muntin doors. Recessed terracotta plaques above doorways and a two-light lattice metal window in each porch gable-head. Between porches are two two-light lattice metal casements. Gabled roof with central ridge chimneystack and triple diamond flues. Rear with outshut projecting right and left from elevation now with a late 20th century external chimneystack against main wall.
