Summary

These three storey buildings were constructed in the early 19th century as shops with accommodation above. They are made of cut flint with gault brick and have a pantile roof. No.14 retains a mid 19th century plate-glass shop front in four bays under fascia board while No.12 has a late 20th century shop front.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Shops with accommodation above. Early 19th century. Cut flint dressed with gault brick. Pantile roof. Three storeys in five bays. No.14 retains mid 19th century plate-glass shop front in four bays under fascia board. No.12 has late 20th century shop front. Five unhorned first-floor sashes with 6/6 glazing bars."
