Summary

This school house was constructed in 1880. It is built from cut flint with red brick dressings and machine tile roofs. The building is two storeys with attics, laid out in five uneven bays with the outer bays projecting under gables. It features triple polygonal chimneystacks with star tops at intervals along the roof.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"School. 1880. Cut flint with red brick dressings. Machine tile roofs. Two storeys and attics. Five uneven bays, the outer bays projecting under gables. Left-hand (north) gable with a bay window to ground floor. Fenestration of ovolo-moulded cross casements. Three hipped dormers in gabled roof."
