Summary

This flint, brick and clunch house dates to the late 18th century. It stands three storeys high and is laid out in three bays. The two storey rear wing of this building extends southwest down Nether Row and a single-storey hipped outbuilding with re-used coursed clunch lies beyond.

House. Late 18th century. Flint, brick and clunch. Colourwashed brick façade under pantiled roof. Three storeys in three bays. Central six-panelled door under fanlight without glazing bars and an open pediment on consoles. One three-light cross casement right and left with segmental gauged skewback arches. Three 6/6 first-floor sashes also with segmental gauged skewback arches, and three 3/3 similar 2nd-floor sashes. Dentil eaves cornice and gabled roof with internal gable-end chimneystacks. Rear wing extends southwest down Nether Row: two storeys. Further single-storey hipped outbuilding with re-used coursed clunch beyond. Hay loft on north side. Interior not inspected.
