Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Flint with brick dressings and red brick façade. Slate roof. Two first-floor bays. Advanced slightly from No.30 [NHER 46350]...Gabled roof with internal gable-end chimneystack to east and west. Entrance door is in No.30. Interior not inspected."
