Summary

These two-storey houses are part of a mid 19th century terrace. They are constructed of cut flint with gault brick dressings and pantiled roofs. Each house has a late 20th century six-panelled door and horned sash windows. The gabled roofs have dentil eaves cornices and the range has three ridge chimneystacks. The garden wall southeast of No. 9 incorporates a 15th century pointed arch doorway.

"Four houses in terrace. Mid 19th century. Cut flint with gault brick dressings and pantiled roof. Two storeys. Four late 20th century six-panelled doors and four late 20th century 6/6 horned sash windows punctuate the ground floor, all under segmental heads."

Doorway set within later wall. C15. Ashlar, pointed arch with finial. Continuous casement and filleted roll mouldings on tall polygonal bases.
