Summary

This two storey shop dates to the early 19th century. It is constructed from gault brick, with a gabled slate roof which was rebuilt in the late 20th century. The plate-glass shop front lies to the right while a round-headed doorway is on the left of the façade. The building's ridge chimneystack is shared with No.47 King Street.

Shop. Early 19th century. Gault brick under a slate roof. Two storeys. Round-headed doorway left with plain arched overlight. Plate-glass shop front to right. One horned 6/6 sash window to first floor. Parapet. Gabled roof with ridge chimneystack shared with No.47. Interior: ground floor 20th century in character. Roof rebuilt in the late 20th century.
