Summary

This house was formerly two properties. It dates to the early 19th century and is constructed from cut flint with gault brick dressings and a roof of black-glazed pantiles. The ground floor once had two central doors, but the left hand door was replaced with a sash window in the 20th century. The chimneystacks are internal and located at the gable-ends.

"House, formerly two houses. Early 19th century. Cut flint with gault brick dressings under a roof of black-glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Ground floor formerly with two central doors and one 6/6 unhorned sash window to right and left, all under segmental heads."
