Summary

This pair of houses was formerly part of a range of three, but No.14 was incorporated into No.16 sometime in the late 20th century. They were constructed in the mid 19th century and are made from flint with gault brick dressings and pantiled roofing. No.12 has a late 20th century glazed door while Nos 14 and 16 have flush-panelled doors. Both houses have dentil eaves cornices. To the rear are large dormered 20th century rear extensions.
