Summary

This house, built in 1840, is now offices. The building is made from flint with gault brick dressings and a gault brick façade. It stands two storeys high, with a dormer attic, and has three bays. The gabled roof has a single sloping dormer fitted with a 20th century casement. The southern internal gable-end chimneystack has been cut down.

House, now offices. Dated 1840. Flint with gault brick dressings and a gault brick façade. Slate roof. Two storeys and dormer attic in three bays. Central late 20th century six-panelled door set within doorcase with panelled and fielded reveals. Doorcase formed of reeded and fluted engaged columns supporting block entablatures and an open pediment. Five-vaned fanlight. One recessed sash right and left with 6/6 glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Three similar first-floor sash windows. Gabled roof with one sloping dormer fitted with a 20th century casement. Internal gable-end chimneystacks, that to south cut down. Interior not inspected.
