Summary

This house dates to the early 19th century. It is made from flint with gault brick dressings and a gault brick façade. The building has two storeys in three bays, with the main door located centrally. The gabled roof has a dentil eaves cornice and is hipped at the southeast return. Sash windows set beneath skewback arches predominate.

House. Early 19th century. Flint with gault brick dressings and gault brick façade. Pantile roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central six-panelled door, the upper four panels glazed. Five-vaned fanlight. Doorcase has moulded pilaster strips with paterae supporting a segmental hood. One 6/6 unhorned sash window to right and left under gauged skewback arches. Three similar first-floor sashes. Dentil eaves cornice and gabled roof, hipped at southeast return. Internal gable-end stack to northwest. Southeast return with three sashes to ground floor and four to first floor, all with 6/6 glazing bars and under gauged skewback arches. Ridge chimneystack. Interior not inspected.
