Summary

This range of three late 18th century houses was converted to commercial premises in the 20th century, and the first floor was opened into one unit in 1987. The houses themselves are made from flint with gault brick dressings and are partly rendered and whitewashed. Old Mill public house is to left and has three irregular bays and a gabled roof featurnig a dentil eaves cornice. Rudolph's Nite Spot is the centre building, has two bays and a roof with a saw-toothed eaves cornice. Old Mill Pizza House is the right-hand unit and has three irregular bays that feature renewed sash windows at ground floor level.

Range of three late 18th century houses, now all commercial premises, opened into one unit at first-floor level in 1987. Flint with gault brick dressings, partly rendered and whitewashed. Pantile roofs. Two storeys. Old Mill public house is to left (northeast). Three irregular bays. 20th century double glass doors right of centre and a pedestrian door to left, also 1987. Three late 20th century two-light casements; three three-light late 20th century casements light the first floor. Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Rudolph's Nite Spot is centre building. Two irregular bays. 20th century door to centre and a late 20th century two-light casement right and left, with two similar windows to first floor above. Saw-toothed eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Old Mill Pizza House is the right-hand unit (southwest). Three irregular bays. Three-panelled door under split fanlight. Secondary 20th century doorway to right. Two renewed 3/6 sash windows to ground floor. Two similar and a 3/3 sash to first floor. Internal gable-end chimneystack to east and central ridge chimneystack. Further lower range to right adjacent to and partly behind The Old Mill (qv) has loft door facing lane.
