Summary

This building was originally built in the late 18th century as a house which was converted to offices and a flat in the 20th century. This two-storey building is constructed of red brick laid in Flemish bond with a roof of black-glazed pantiles.

"House, now offices and flat. Late 18th century, converted 20th century. Red brick laid in Flemish bond; roof of black-glazed pantiles. Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic; three-window range. Double 20th century doors in centre within late 18th century timber doorcase of pilasters rising to plain entablature."
