Summary

Beech Hosue is a mid 18th century building which was extended around 1910. This two storey building is constructed of brick and stuccoed to the south, and has a roof of black-glazed pantiles. There is an 18th century south block, and a parallel north block which was added later. Inside there is an 18th century open-string staircase with bobbin-turned balusters and a ramped and moulded handrail.

Beech House, Northwell Pool Road.
"House. Mid 18th century, extended around 1910. Brick, stuccoed to south; roof of black-glazed pantiles. 18th century south block with parallel north block added later. Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic. South front has two-window range."

(S1) in file states that the building was built in 1770 “and recorded on the tithe map of that year” which is clearly a mistake – was an Enclosure Map meant? Source also states that the 1910 work was by G Skipper and connected with the purchase by Admiral Kinyvett-Wilson.
