January 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Built around 1740. Red brick; roof of black-glazed pantiles.
Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic. Nine-window range, the window to left on each floor blind. Central six-panelled and fielded door under a six-vaned fanlight. Panelled reveals. Doorcase with block entablatures supporting open segmental pediment...Single-storey bay attached to east return with a half-glazed door. Rear elevation with two stacks on wall plane, and a two-storey extension...Interior: not inspected but likely to be of interest."
