September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now restaurant. Early 18th century, converted late 20th century. Red brick laid in English bond. Pantiled roof. Exterior: two storeys; three-window range. Early 20th-century half-glazed door left of centre, with a small arched window to its right."
