Summary

Ventnor House was constructed as a house in the late 17th century, extended in the early 18th century, and altered in the late 18th century. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and has a red brick mid-19th-century façade. This building is currently used as offices, and has a pantiled roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices. Late 17th century, extended early 18th century, altered late 18th century. Flint with brick dressings and red brick mid 19th century facade. Pantiled roof. Exterior: two storeys and dormer attic. Four-window range. Central six-panelled door with overlight within timber doorcase with scrolled consoles under hood."
