Summary

No 20 is a mid-19th-century shop with accommodation above, and is constructed of red brick. This two-storey building has a roof of black-glazed pantiles and a 19th-century shop front and a 19th-century staircase with bobbin-turned balusters.

"Shop with accommodation above. Mid 19th century. Red brick; roof of black-glazed pantiles. Exterior: two storeys in three-window range. 19th century shop front occupies south half of elevation: plate-glass display window to left, blocked door to right and a half-glazed doorway right of this under a six-vaned metal fanlight."
