Summary

No 25 is a late 18th-century house which was extended to the north in the early 19th century, and this part was raised in the mid 19th century. This building is constructed of flint and red brick with pantiled roofs. The south section is rendered and colourwashed, and has a dormer attic.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century, extended to north [in] early 19th century and this part raised [in] mid 19th century. Flint and red brick; pantiled roofs. Rendered and colourwashed south part of two storeys and dormer attic. Exterior: single-window range. Three-panelled door to right of a late 19th-century canted bay window...Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof with one gabled dormer with a two-light casement. External gable-end stack to south shared with adjacent property. Two-storey north attachment lit through two small windows. Gabled roof over dentil eaves cornice. Interior: not inspected."
