Summary

Nos 40, 42 and 44 are three houses built in 1840 of red brick with a gault-brick façade. This three-storey building has a gabled slate roof with two ridge chimneystacks.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Three houses. Dated 1840. Red brick with gault-brick facade. Slate roof. Exterior: three storeys in irregular five-window range. Wide centre window-bay recessed. Three four-panelled doors with overlights, that to No 42 20th century and without overlight. Timber doorcases with reeded pilasters, panelled reveals and hoods."
