Summary

This property consists of a shop with two flats above it. The two storey painted gault brick building dates to the early 19th century, but was reworked in the late 20th century. The shop is laid out in two bays and has a late 20th century full-width shop front fitted between early 20th century pilasters with gabled block entablatures. The rear of the building was rebuilt in the late 20th century, at which point the ground floor interior was also altered.

Shop and two flats above. Early 19th century, reworked late 20th century. Painted gault brick and pantile roof. Two storeys in two bays. Late 20th century full-width shop front and door fitted between early 20th century pilasters right and left defining former ground-floor shop front. The pilasters have gabled block entablatures. Two first-floor sash windows with 6/6 glazing bars. Gabled roof. No chimneystacks. Rear rebuilt late 20th century. Interior: ground floor entirely late 20th century in character.
