Summary

This pair of houses date to the mid 18th century and are constructed of cut flint with gault and red brick dressings. They both stand two storeys high and are laid out in eight irregular bays. They feature sash windows throughout and internal gable-end chimeystacks to the northwest and southeast as well as two ridge stacks. Boscombe House (No. 2) features a carriage entrance at south-east end fitted with double timber doors.

"Pair of houses. Mid 18th century. Cut flint with gault and red brick dressings. Roof of black-glazed pantiles. Two storeys in eight irregular bays. Plinth course. Dentil eaves cornice and gabled roof. No.2 (Boscombe House) with a carriage entrance at southeast end fitted with double timber doors."
